Collect or store personal data about other users. 

Understand that information you submit will be available to anyone who enters this site, and will be visible to anyone who browses or performs searches using this site. 

You must not post any obscene, nude or pornographic material of any sort. Any such material will be removed with no notice given.  We reserve the right to remove images at our discretion. Any illegal material will be removed. 

Under no circumstances will face-pic we liable in anyway for any content, or liable for any loss or damage of any kind as a result of the information available via this service. 

Under no circumstances will face-pic we liable in anyway for any content, or liable for any loss or damage of any kind as a result of links to other websites that users have submitted in their profiles or have passed out in messages or in our chat rooms. 

You are solely responsible for any information you enter or upload. 

You must not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Any such material can be removed with no notice given. 

You must not harm minors in any way. 

You may ask face-pic to remove your entry at anytime, and it will be removed as soon as is possible. 

If your face-pic page has not been visited for 12 months or more, it is possible it will be removed with no notice given. 

You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service. 

We currently do not sell or publish users details to any third party company. 

face-pic will only accept requests for alterations, deletions or password changes from the email address that you have provided. 

You will not try to impersonate any person or entity. 

face-pic does not provide any warranties that this site will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. The results of using this service may not be accurate or reliable. 

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that face-pic shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site if you break the terms and conditions.

We reserve the rights to alter our terms and conditions at anytime.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT FACE-PIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF FACE-PIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: 
(i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; 
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; 
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; 
(iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR 
(v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
